The facts make it clear:

Today’s fuel infrastructure is not capable of dispensing the products mandated by HF 2128: tanks, piping, and dispensers cannot safely dispense them.

The cost of the mandate is extraordinary: at the current pace of the proposed infrastructure funding, it will take over 60 years to reach the adequate funding level required to match the mandate.

The mandate's costs will be too much of a burden on businesses and costs will be passed down onto consumers at the pump.
